Tatjana
Konjić was born in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina, in 1967. She received the
graduation (dipl. eng.), M.Sc., and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the
Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Tuzla, in 1989, 1995, and 2003,
respectively.
She is presently an assistant professor with the University of Tuzla. She was
supported by EU TEMPUS programme and worked for some time at INESC Porto, Porto,
Portugal. She is a coordinator of few international projects in area of power
systems. She is member of IET (formerly IEE), BH K CIGRE and International CIGRE;
actively participate in the work of the BH K CIGRE Study Committee C6 and WG 13
SC 6 International CIGRE, she leads the CIRED office in Tuzla Canton, Bosnia and
Herzegovina. She is (or was) reviewer for IEEE, IEE, BH K CIGRE, JUKO CIRED,
International Journal of Power and Energy Systems, etc.
Her research interests are: load forecasting, the application of artificial
intelligence techniques to power systems and power quality.
